Delivery
Before completing a purchase please make sure you are buying the correct item, and correct pack size. Returns made will only be credited for the net value AFTER deduction of outward and return carriage costs, which will likely be more than the nominal value of the delivery charges levied.
We try to despatch goods within 3 days of receipt of order, so you should receive your order in 3 - 5 days. But in the current climate of supply chain issues and driver shortages, normal promptness is being hampered, so actual deliveries may fall outside these intervals. In the case of items that are out of stock, you will be advised on the scheduled delivery date.
To ensure your order is processed promptly please ensure you provide an accurate, and clear delivery address, especially the post code. Any errors or 'odd' addresses will result in the address having to be checked manually, and this takes time, and causes delay.
We have kept our delivery charges tariff simple.But this is only a guide - depending on the exact nature of your order, delivery charges may differ from this guide - they may be more or less. You can collect from our premises, in which case you choose the 'pick up' option. Call us to arrange time and date for collection. There is no delivery charge if you choose this option.

If you require delivery to a place north of Edinburgh in Scotland, please check with us to see what additional delivery charge applies. For all other global destinations including delivery to UK islands - i.e Isle of Wight, Isle of Man - call us for special arrangements. In Wales we deliver or have distributors in : Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Breckonshire, Vale Of Glamorgan, Bridgend, Blaenau Gwent, Swansea, Powys, Rondda Cynon Taff, Neath Port Talbot, Pembroke, Carmarthenshire. For deliveries to Scotland there may be a surcharge for orders depending on weight, delivery time, and location. This surcharge can be paid for by choosing from the section entitles 'Bespoke Blends - carriage surcharge. Choose this option to ensure prompt delivery.
