Certain items of packaging may remain the property of us, and we reserve the right to request the return of packaging. Although we may collect returnable packs from the buyers premises at no cost to the buyer, it is ultimately the responsibility of you to ensure packs are returned to our premises at your own cost if necessary if a refund of any deposit is required. However most packaging is non-returnable. We reserve the right to charge delivery at a rate other than that shown on the website, but only with your prior consent. If payments from you are not made by the due dates agreed we reserve the right to suspend all further deliveries without further notice, and to cancel any contract that may have been agreed without being liable for any consequential loss.

If you buy using a credit account agreed between ourselves we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 3% over the current base rate as quoted by the Bank Of England. We also reserve the right to suspend all further supplies if in our opinion the buyer’s financial standing becomes unsatisfactory.

Under no circumstances shall you withhold payment or make part payment for goods or services supplied correctly by us. Where a reciprocal trading relationship exists any goods supplied by us to you shall be on a contra basis i.e. paid for by crediting the buyer’s indebtedness to the seller.

We shall endeavour to supply goods and services within any time agreed between us but shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you due to a delay in delivery.

Any contract is subject to cancellation by us or to such variations as may be reasonably necessary by reasons of inability to secure labour, materials, transport or supplies or by reason of strike, lock out, trade dispute, weather conditions, hostilities, legislation, Act of God, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. We guarantee that all goods are manufactured with all reasonable skill and care, and that they comply with any current specification that exists as set by us, whether or not you are aware of that specification. However we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you in the event of faulty goods. But we will replace the faulty goods with good product and collect unused faulty goods at no cost to the buyer.

Any faulty goods must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of delivery. In the case of latent faults you should report the fault within 14 days of first noticing the fault.

All information and intellectual data passed on to the buyer is done on the strict understanding that the information is confidential and should not be passed on to any other person or business.

All goods shall remain the property of us until paid for in full by you.
